Mediations vary both in complexity and in the expected length of time to complete. I read all pre-mediation materials sent to me by the parties. I appreciate it when you send me electronically your basic fact and issue statements, pleadings and any Motions that have been filed with the Court. This speeds the process and helps me become familiar with the case beforehand, thus permitting me to concentrate on negotiation. My review of this type of material is included in my fee. I believe you will find my fees to be most fair especially in collection matters and personal injury claims especially considering my extensive experience in negotiations.
